  • Gift returns: If the item was a gift, it must be returned together with the main product.


Conditions for Returning Non-Defective Products

  • The item must be in original condition and show no signs of use.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be included.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • It must include the original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase is required.

  • The return shipping costs will be covered.


Returns

  • Refund method: For orders paid via cash on delivery or online payment, please provide your 26-digit bank account number so we can transfer your refund.


Exchanges
