If you have any suspicion about the integrity of your package, we suggest you reject it and notify us immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. Alternatively, you have the option to accept the package and open it in the presence of the courier.

If, after accepting the package, you discover any anomaly or missing item, unfortunately, it will not be possible to file a claim with the shipping company. Claims made afterwards will not be considered.
